After moving to Las Vegas in 1987 I turned my attention and focus to the Private Lending aspect of our industry. Joining All Western Mortgage in 1990 as the Director of Private Lending I was given the task of building AWM’s Private Lending Division by both developing investor relationships and preparing private loans for presentation to those funding sources. With over 100 million dollars in loans, my main objective is to protect the interests of our investors by providing a thorough underwriting of each and every loan we fund.
